Makor Disability Services
known for the past 40 years as Women's League Community Residences, strives to provide every person with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to maximize his or her functional, social and intellectual potential. As a result of its dedication, Makor was granted the coveted COMPASS Award by New York State for empowering residents and program participants, supporting their choices and preferences, and ensuring their overall satisfaction; Makor is one of only three out of 800 agencies in the State to earn this distinction.

Makor provides residential services for infants, children and adults with developmental disabilities, in settings including Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), Supportive and Supervised Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and Individual ServiceEnvironments (ISEs). Makor also offers Early Intervention, Supported Employment, Care Coordination services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and challenges.
